About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Optician to join our team at Specsavers Dufferin Mall, Toronto. As a key member of our optometric team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional eye care services to our patients.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Licensed/Registered Opticians, store partners, optometrist(s), store manager, contact lens practitioner, and eye care consultant(s) to achieve the store's objectives and build customer/patient loyalty.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with frame selection, conducting dispensing measurements accurately, carrying out quality assurance checks, and final inspections to ensure that the product we deliver meets the required specifications.

In addition, you will be expected to engage with our patients and customers while discovering or reemphasizing their eyewear needs, educating them on products, walking them through the process of frame selection, and ensuring the consistent delivery of the best quality of service and eyewear.
