The ideal candidate has strong inventory forecasting skills, vendor management experience, and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics functions. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment centers to ensure on-time delivery and replenishment. Additionally, you will oversee 3PL (third-party logistics) operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipping efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to track shipment timelines, delays, and expected arrivals
- Analyze supplier performance and negotiate cost-effective contracts while maintaining product quality
- Develop shipping strategies that balance cost, speed, and efficiency to improve service levels
- Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory and logistics operations, providing guidance and development opportunities

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or operations within e-commerce, beauty, or consumer goods industries
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
