Job Title: Automotive Refinish Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at Collision Centre. As an Automotive Refinish Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting repaired vehicles, cleaning and maintaining work spaces, and applying primers and paints to surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality finishes
  • Clean and maintain work spaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Apply primers and paints to surfaces, using a variety of techniques and materials
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve precise color matches

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

Work Environment:
