Job Title: Network Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team at BQ International Ltd. as a Network Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network infrastructure to meet business requirements
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations
- Develop and maintain network documentation and standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network architecture and security
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in network architecture and engineering
- Proven expertise in network design, implementation, and management
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices
- Experience with Cisco network devices and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work full-time on-site at our head office in Regina, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Travel to support offices across the province may be required. The candidate will also be required to be on call on a rotational basis.
