We are seeking a Labour Relations Manager to join our team at BC Hydro. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining positive labour relations and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement labour relations strategies to promote positive employee relations and minimize conflict.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on labour relations matters, including grievances and disputes.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to labour relations.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on labour relations matters.
- Develop and deliver training programs on labour relations and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as industrial relations, human resources, or a related field.
- 5 years or more of experience in labour relations, human resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
