Carpenter Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team at Nuwavez Cabinet Industry Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
- Perform pre-operational inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Conduct routine maintenance work to prevent equipment downtime.
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants in a safe and efficient manner.
- Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Tend to or feed machines and equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance.
Our team works on a variety of projects, including industrial, commercial, and residential construction. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in these areas.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads.
- Work in a team environment, requiring strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
You will be required to lift and move objects weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as part of your duties.
Personal Suitability- Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability in your work.
- Be a team player, willing to work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals.
We offer on-the-job training for the right candidate. This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment to working 30 to 40 hours per week. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with our team.
