About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled QE Automation professional to join our team. As a QE Automation expert, you will be responsible for leading automation efforts, developing test automation strategies, and collaborating with the enterprise to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated testing solutions with a focus on optimized test coverage, service virtualization, high performance, and easy maintainability.
  • Manage the QE team, including requirement clarification, automation approach, and test execution.
  • Collaborate with the enterprise to select the right automation framework and implement it at a portfolio level.
  • Provide updates on SCRUM calls and demo walkthroughs to operations post signoff.
  • Actively contribute to project/team meetings with timely updates and loop in stakeholders accordingly for escalations.
Requirements
  • QE leadership experience.
  • Automation, DevOps, and Cloud skills preferred.
  • Java, Cucumber BDD, Selenium expert-level experience, API must-have Test Automation, experience in automation frameworks and test design automation.
  • Must have experience in testing REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Java and Selenium.
  • Agile project delivery methodology and skills to learn and work with evolving methodologies.
  • Experienced in testing processes to define requirements, document user stories, and test scripts through to test execution.
