Job Title: Project Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Partner to join our team at WestJet. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment of technical operations positions.

About the Role:
  • Assist in setting a new standard of excellence across all aspects of operations recruitment programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to creative hiring concepts to deliver high-quality talent to the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of top talent for technical operations roles.
  • Represent WestJet as an employer brand ambassador and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and host engaging recruitment events to attract top talent.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • A strong aptitude for technology and computer skills, including MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
