As a Senior Research and Policy Advisor, you will be responsible for leading important research and analysis to inform the college sector's advocacy and engagement with the Ontario government.

Reporting to the Vice President Policy and Innovation, you will work collaboratively with the team to develop strategies and policy proposals to support the college sector's interests.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or Equivalent: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as public policy, economics, or education.
  • Public Policy Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in public policy development, preferably in the post-secondary sector or provincial government.
  • Economic Knowledge: Strong understanding of economic principles and analytic techniques, particularly in relation to workforce development and economic impact analyses.
