About the Role

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Mechanical Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our motor vehicles and auto parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to identify potential issues.
  • Inspect motor vehicles and auto parts for defects, including exterior priming and colour coats, sealers, and glaziers.
  • Mark, record, and report motor defects to be repaired.
  • Test motor vehicle electrical assemblies, equipment, and wiring for proper performance.
  • Inspect auto parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Inspect fully assembled motor vehicles for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Verify that previously noted defects have been corrected.
  • Drive and test motor vehicles on roll testing devices to ensure transmission, axle, engine, and brakes function properly.
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
