Food Service Associate

Job Summary:

A Food Clerk I participates as a member of the Federated Co-operatives Limited organization and will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with Co-op's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
• Have a positive, professional approach and attitude.
• Presentation of a neat, clean, and well-merchandised department at all times.
• Answer product-related questions from customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Must be bondable.
• Previous retail experience an asset.
