Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at SMS MOTORS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our policies and programs are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
