About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at ICAN Electrical Ltd. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install electrical wiring and cables in accordance with safety codes and regulations.
  • Splice, join, and connect wires to ensure proper electrical connections.
  • Test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults to ensure the integrity of electrical circuits.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate electrical faults to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
  • Install power generation, standby power generation, and power conditioning systems to meet the electrical needs of our clients.
  • Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures to meet the changing needs of our clients.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
