We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Leader to join our team in Brampton and St Neots practices. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client care and monitor feedback to improve practice performance.
  • Work closely with the Lead Vet and Regional Operations Director to maximise commercial performance and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Observe high standards of regulatory compliance and conduct audits to share best practices within and across practices.
  • Manage practice rotas to ensure optimum service levels and maximise utilisation of clinical skills.
  • Set up teams for success through effective recruitment, induction, communication, and management.
  • Promote the practice externally through local community events and other avenues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of practice environments, ideally gained in a Veterinary, GP or Dental practice setting.
  • An understanding and appreciation of exceptional care and its impact on the client experience.
  • Understanding of regulation and effective process management for compliance.
  • Experience in driving strong commercial performance through financial management, marketing activity, and efficient working methods.
  • Resource planning experience.
  • Coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of colleagues.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office experience.
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
