Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and requisitioning supplies. Your expertise in food preparation and presentation will ensure that our customers receive high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant and catering services
  • Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
