The Senior IT Manager is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Onico Solutions' IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver IT projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT service management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on technical leadership and project delivery
• Proven expertise in IT service management, including ITIL certification
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
