This role combines project management expertise with deep functional and industry knowledge to deliver ERP solutions that meet client objectives. You will be focusing on SuiteSuccess implementations and industry-specific modules.

The ideal candidate has solid experience leading end-to-end implementation within NetSuite, with the ability to manage smaller projects independently. They possess in-depth knowledge of one or more industries such as Wholesale, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. and are fully bilingual in French and English.

You will work closely with development teams to ensure technical implementations align with functional requirements and client expectations. Additionally, you will dispatch tasks that fall outside your expertise to appropriate team members, monitoring progress to ensure completion through the task cycle.

The Senior Consultant leads full-scale implementations, fosters process improvements, and develops lasting client relationships. Their contributions ensure operational excellence and alignment with best practices while providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and oversee NetSuite (SuiteSuccess) implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to best practices
  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs thoroughly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance, expertise, and consistent updates
  • Manage smaller projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget
  • Leverage niche module knowledge, such as Demand Planning or Job Costing, to design tailored solutions that address unique client challenges
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, providing strategic recommendations to enhance client operations
  • Design and deliver solutions that integrate seamlessly into the client's existing workflows, improving efficiency and productivity
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs and roadmaps tailored to each client's goals and industry best practices
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical implementations align with functional requirements and client expectations
  • Dispatch tasks that fall outside the Senior Consultant's expertise to appropriate team members, monitoring progress to ensure completion through the task cycle
  • Act as a strategic advisor, building strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering value-driven solutions and insights, ongoing post-implementation support and recommendations for additional optimizations and enhancements
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in International Business, Finance, BTM, Supply chain, or any other relevant field
  • 3 years+ experience as a NetSuite Consultant
  • Solid experience with leading end-to-end implementation within NetSuite
  • Ability to manage smaller projects independently
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more industries such as Wholesale, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
  • Fully Bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, when appropriate
  • Obtained SuiteAdmin, SuiteFoundation,Financial User, SuiteAnalytics certification and ERP certifications
