Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in delivering cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of software engineers to design, develop, and test embedded software solutions.
  • Implement software solutions primarily in C/C++ and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers on good design and development practices and participate in code reviews.
  • Create feature development plans and ensure the team meets milestones and development goals.
  • Regularly communicate progress and status updates to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • A minimum of five years of work experience in software engineering and/or software engineering management.
  • Excellent leadership skills - minimum of 1 year of work experience in a leadership role.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with C/C++ and distributed software development methodology.
  • Proven project management skills - ability to plan work and communicate status to stakeholders.
