About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Care Provider to join our team at Brana Residence. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Child Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as supervise and care for them at all times.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family.
  • Education and Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and help them with homework.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, and take children to and from school and to appointments.
  • Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children, and provide a nurturing and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
