Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our client's team in the manufacturing and construction sector. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the finance department and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance department, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements to the President.
  • Implement and maintain accounting controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Participate in the budget process and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the President to develop and implement business strategies.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • Experience in the construction industry (a strong asset)
  • Ambition to take on challenges and participate in growth

What We Offer:
