Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at TDS (Total Delivery Solution) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering items to various locations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Operations: Safely transport goods to customers, following established routes and schedules.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods, managing vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any issues that may impact delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills in logistics, customer service, and transportation.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads (more than 45 kg/100 lbs) and work in physically demanding environments.
