As a System Architecture Specialist - Global Training Devices, you will play a key role in defining the global architecture of training devices to meet the requirements of our comprehensive integrated training solution.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a network of system engineering specialists and domain experts to define the architecture, costing, and risk evaluation throughout all program phases.
- Support business development and proposal teams to define a strategic solution that maximizes our chance to win contracts.
- Refine the solution and translate it into different engineering system components, leading the critical design review (CDR) of the complete architecture.
- Ensure the proposed technical solution is followed and optimized to meet the customer's training requirements, avoiding scope change and cost increase.
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering, Computer or Information Sciences.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in design and development for the aerospace, simulation, and training systems.
- Knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering development processes.
- Understanding of aircraft systems functionality, flight operation principles, and flight regulation.
- Experience in Software Architecture is a strong plus.
- Business acumen – BD/Sales support, proposals, Execution.
- Excellent oral & written communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in French is a strong plus.
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearance with access to NATO secret documents and adhere to ITAR requirements.
