Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for individuals who are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. As a kitchen assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen items, including equipment, surfaces, and utensils.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and maintain them according to established guidelines.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh produce and other essential items.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items as per client requirements.
- Portion and wrap foods according to established portion control procedures.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in a related field is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to our staff members.
