Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Reflex Physiotherapy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, supervising technical and support staff, ordering and purchasing equipment, planning physiotherapy programs, and maintaining clinical and progress reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train technical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Order and purchase equipment and supplies as needed
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
