Paralegal - Transactional Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at National Bank. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal department with transactional activities, financial markets, and corporate law.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate transactional activities with internal legal counsel, front office, and operations teams from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review financial documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence, documenting procedures, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in the execution of financial transactions, including signature processes and communication with account managers.
- Support the lawyers in drafting legal agreements and implementing necessary adjustments to legal processes.
- College degree in paralegal studies.
- Experience in commercial finance, secured transactions, or corporate law an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).
