About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Support Specialist to join our team at ADEC ADESA Auction Canada Corp. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing user accounts and relationships with independent dealers, while also promoting the adoption of our products and services among franchise automotive dealerships and wholesale buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing user accounts and relationships with independent dealers
  • Develop and grow new and existing accounts by executing proper sales strategies
  • Set up accounts, auto-provision phones, get users connected, answer questions, and provide ad hoc training/instructions
  • Collect data and capture wholesale vehicles for auctions on TradeRev
  • Launch new vehicles on the app for our Dealers
  • Promote the adoption of our products and services among franchise automotive dealerships and wholesale buyers
  • Establish and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the current automotive wholesale industry
  • Provide constant sales and technical support to current users
  • Manage and update leads and current client accounts within to appropriate Territory Account Managers
  • Ensure that any client account issues are dealt with in an efficient and amicable manner
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience managing multiple clients and/or accounts
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle, possess a valid Canadian driver's license with reliable transportation and maintain a good driving record
