Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial and Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team at Neotex Worldwide Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to create an optimal working environment.
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and database management.
