Information Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at Atlantic Roll Forming Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assign and coordinate IT projects, working closely with systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians.
- Direct and control daily operations, evaluating and improving processes to optimize efficiency.
- Supervise a team of computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, systems analysis, or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in programming languages, database management, and networking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
