Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at 1011412 BC Ltd. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our patients in a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including their rooms and common areas.
  • Assist with transportation of patients between care facilities.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move patients as needed.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
