Job Description
The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) plays a critical role in our clinical monitoring and site management process. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring, from study start-up to close-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical on-site monitoring activities, including source data verification, drug accountability, and data collection.
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and termination visits at investigational sites.
- Collect and review regulatory documentation, including consent forms and ICFs.
- Write visit reports and complete follow-up actions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or RN diploma required.
- Minimum 4-5 years of monitoring experience, with strong start-up experience.
- Proven clinical monitoring skills and ability to maintain Good Clinical Practices knowledge.
- Flexibility to travel up to 60-70% and remote work capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sickle cell/hematology or respiratory studies.
- Demonstrated ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of standard operating procedures.
