The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Lead and manage a high-performance team, providing supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure regular feedback and timely completion of employee performance appraisals.
- Administer contract and subcontract agreements, fostering and enhancing owner, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations.
- Manage and oversee field operations and engineering processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) programs.
- Drive competencies to team on requirements for insurance, labor relations, and employee relations, and support the utilization of various initiatives and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or PMP ideal.
- 3 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to implement leading-edge technologies such as Building Information Models (BIM) and Lean to benefit the project.
