Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to create time-sensitive, custom award layouts that incorporate logos, graphics, and personalization details.

Our design process involves:

  • Designing layouts and preparing artwork proofs using client-supplied logos, brand assets, stock graphics, and personalization details
  • Learning and understanding the strengths and limitations of each production method and guiding clients in their design choices
  • Collaborating internally to ensure designs align with client expectations and production capabilities
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Design Lead who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a minimum year of professional experience and a good understanding of raster and vector image files. Strong typography skills and knowledge of fonts and layout design are essential.

You should also have:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Familiarity with customer reputation management software
What We Offer

This is a full-time, on-site position commencing immediately. Starting pay is $23/hour during a 3-month training period, increasing to $25/hour plus benefits upon full-time employment.
