Traffic Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Traffic Control Specialist to join our team at Trinity Traffic Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our workers and the general public on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Erect and Dismantle Safety Equipment: You will be responsible for setting up and taking down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
- Direct Traffic: You will direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring that vehicles and pedestrians are safely guided through the area.
- Monitor and Maintain Safety Protocols: You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining safety protocols on site, including ensuring that all personnel are aware of and following safety procedures.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but you must be willing to undergo training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Experience: You will receive on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the role.
- Certifications: You must hold a Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification.
You will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, directing traffic and ensuring the safety of workers and the general public. You must be physically fit and able to work in a physically demanding role.
