Eli Lilly and Company seeks a highly motivated Scientific Medical Advisor to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will serve as a scientific resource for Canadian experts in the field of Diabetes, Obesity, and related disorders.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in health sciences (PhD, MD, Pharm D) with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience in Diabetes. Alternatively, an MSc in healthcare or professional designation (BScN, PT, RD etc.) may be considered if accompanied by 5 or more years of relevant clinical experience in Diabetes.

A strong background in Endocrinology, Chronic Weight Management, and other related disorders is essential. The successful candidate will be able to critically appraise scientific information/literature, possess excellent presentation skills, and demonstrate the ability to build strong/collaborative peer-to-peer relationships with external customers.

As a Scientific Medical Advisor, you will:

  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community
  • Continuously enhance your scientific knowledge within therapeutic areas
  • Support the affiliate medical business objectives and cross-functional partners

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
