We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Donaldston Enterprises Inc. as a key member of our decorating team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard, as well as advising clients on color choices and wall coverings.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to desired color and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on color choices and wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages as required.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Will train in the skills required for the role.
- Ability to work on the road and in various locations.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
