Job Title: Visual Database Modeller

We are seeking a skilled Visual Database Modeller to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Visual Database Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and modifying visual content for our simulation platforms using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and integrate all aspects of Content Creation production for products/projects in a multi-site environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure specific milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Utilize CAE Inc. proprietary Content development software to design, modify, and generate visual content using various source data.
  • Enhance existing visual content and create new photo texturing.
  • Read and interpret technical documents and illustrations, such as Jeppesen charts and AutoCAD drawings.
  • Collect information pertaining to airport environments for use in developing visual content.
  • Find creative solutions to common visual content issues, resulting in streamlined processes.
Requirements:
  • 3D environment background and associated software.
  • Quality assurance knowledge for testing content.
  • GIS knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Airport knowledge.
  • Creator Toolset knowledge.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bilingual (French and English).

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A university degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification is required. Experience with 3D design and GIS software, as well as knowledge of MultiGen Creator or AutoDesk 3DS MAX, ESRI ArcGIS, or similar, is an asset. Knowledge of visualization and content creation technologies is also an asset. Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, including Word, Excel, and MS Project, is required. Strong organization, communication, and technical skills are essential. Self-starter, dynamic, and team-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.
