Job Summary:

Softchoice is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Financial Governance Expert to join our team. As an Associate Principal, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in driving the design, development, and facilitation of FinOps services, workshops, and engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive awareness and understanding of current capabilities and advance future outcomes for clients.
  2. Conduct customer interviews, facilitate workshops, and create customer presentations and deliverables.
  3. Ensure constant awareness of evolving FinOps & ITFM practices and contribute to the FinOps Foundation and community.
  4. Develop and sell FinOps services and support parallel solutions and services.
  5. Perform the role of a thought leader and coach, providing input and guidance into service development and process improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum five years of experience in IT Finance or consulting in Cloud Advisory & IT Strategy Services, and be a Certified FinOps practitioner.
  2. Strong consultative experience within the critical domains that make up IT Finance and Public Cloud Billing and commercial contracts.
  3. Knowledgeable and passionate about IT Financial Management (ITFM), Technology Business Management (TBM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
  4. Ability to create client-facing deliverables and communicate effective presentations and stories to executives and project contributors.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal consulting and client teams.
