Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Increasing sales revenue and achieving sales goals through effective training and development of sales and marketing staff, as well as providing marketing materials.
  2. Establishing relationships with clients and developing new prospects and leads to drive revenue growth.
  3. Completing an annual marketing needs assessment, which includes planning the number of CE classes and topics, planning the number of lunch-and-learns and topics, scheduling the budget, and developing action plans for business decision making.
  4. Identifying revenue, collection, and activity goals; comparing past and projected revenues to sales goals; establishing goals for revenue and activities.
  5. Developing marketing initiatives and budget, creating an annual marketing plan.
  6. Recruiting and hiring sales and marketing staff, evaluating sales and marketing staff performance, supervising marketing administrative tasks.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of five years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with a proven track record of sales success and growth.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to build rapport with people in new or challenging situations.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment, with a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and multitasking mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with professional sales or marketing associations is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable law.
