Job Description

E-Commerce Category Management

  • Develop and execute the digital strategy for sports products on our website, identifying opportunities aligned with seasonal trends.
  • Create an annual business plan, defining sales targets for each category and contributing to the overall e-commerce financial forecast.
  • Research and implement innovative solutions to drive digital sales, conduct competitive benchmarking, and maintain a relevant product assortment.

Performance Analysis and Improvement

  • Track and manage weekly and annual sales performance, measuring product and website performance, as well as customer behavior.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve results, ensuring optimal product merchandising and consistency in descriptions that resonate with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of e-commerce experience in Canada, with proven leadership within digital teams and mentoring junior members in business strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and web analytics tools, with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to innovate.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, flexibility to travel as needed, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a permanent role, requiring talent to work in the office 2 days per week, with an excellent total compensation plan. We are an inclusive and committed company, dedicated to building a diverse, supportive workplace. Bilingual in French is an asset.
