Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic Assistant to join our team at Hightech Diesel Repair Centre inc. As a Diesel Mechanic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced technicians in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Assist technicians with tasks such as moving equipment, cleaning machinery, and performing other duties as assigned.
  • Support the team by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Develop skills in heavy equipment maintenance and repair through on-the-job training and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Proactiveness to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dependability to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet expectations.
  • Team player mindset to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Assisting newcomers and/or refugees in getting their foreign credentials recognized.
