We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at SHIFT Rehab Services in Kelowna, BC. As a Massage Therapist, you will work with clients to assess and treat a range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients and perform high-quality massage sessions based on individual needs
  • Customize each session to address specific client goals and outcomes
  • Provide disability management coordination and work with clients to develop effective treatment plans
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate charting and communication records
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Valid BC RMT registration and membership in good standing with The College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia
  • Professional and commercial general liability insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Geriatric and neurological experience an asset
