Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and production records to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored agricultural crop services.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and effective crop management.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in agricultural crop services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
