Job Title: Personal Care Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

The Personal Care Aide will be responsible for providing personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration. Additionally, you will provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support services to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as toileting, transferring, and ambulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in a care-giving role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
