Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at SRA Wainwright Restaurants Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs;
- SUPERVISE and CO-ORDINATE ACTIVITIES of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike;
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth;
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunity;
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that every detail is attended to;
- Establish and communicate clear work schedules, setting realistic goals and expectations;
- SUPERVISE 1 TO 2 PEOPLE in your team, providing guidance and support when needed;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment;
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively;
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. You must be comfortable working in a public-facing role, interacting with customers and staff alike.
