Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Game Director to drive feature development and make strategic decisions to ensure project success.

  • Proven experience in a senior technical role on a title developed in Unreal, with expertise in C/C++.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results by supporting teammates in non-technical roles.
  • Experience working on mobile hardware, with a mobile-optimized art pipeline.
  • Proficiency in optimizing performance within the Unreal render pipeline.
  • Experience with memory management techniques in performance-critical contexts.
  • Success in delivering projects with external publishing or production partners, meeting milestone schedules.
  • Experience developing and maintaining a continuous integration and automated testing pipeline within Unreal.
  • Proficiency with Unity, particularly on projects migrated from Unity to Unreal.
  • Experience or education in a non-technical field relevant to game development or a game development-adjacent creative industry.
  • Experience working on a project with a significant procedural generation element or procedural generation art pipeline tools.
  • Experience on a virtual reality project.
