About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper to join our team at Anex Select Imports Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods to our customers, taking into account factors such as location, time constraints, and product requirements.
  • Schedule Transportation Conveyances: Arrange for the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
  • Assemble Containers and Crates: Prepare and pack goods for shipping, ensuring they are properly secured and labeled.
  • Record Shortages and Reject Damaged Goods: Monitor and record any discrepancies or damage to goods during shipping, and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Route Goods to Appropriate Storage Areas: Ensure that goods are stored in a secure and organized manner, and that they are easily accessible for shipping and delivery.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading of Goods: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles, ensuring that they are handled with care and that all safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
