About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at FULL OF BEANS COFFEE CO. (JUBILEE) INC. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Planning
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory management.
    • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Quality Control and Reporting
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, repairs, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
