Senior Consultant Job Description

At Turner & Townsend, we're committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Asset Management business transformation projects, working with clients to drive improvement and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage complex Asset Management improvement programs, service lines, or business units for asset-intensive organizations.
  • Design and implement Asset Management systems and frameworks, including policies, strategies, and supporting elements.
  • Manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and develop proposals to deliver value to clients.
  • Deliver project plans, including timelines, specifications, and deliverables, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project reporting, governance, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to drive project progress and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure Asset Management, with a recognized university degree.
  • Working knowledge of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers, such as asset information and asset risk.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, leading the delivery of consultancy projects.

Travel Requirements:

This role requires travel across Canada, approximately 1-2 times per month.
