Stone Carver

We are seeking a skilled Stone Carver to join our team at Aurivia Stone Design Inc.

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision, operating a range of equipment including blade saws, wire saws, sandblasting machines and CNC devices. They will be responsible for cutting, grinding, polishing and drilling stone products to precise specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality stone products
• Inspecting products for quality control
• Maintaining equipment and performing ongoing adjustments
• Reading blueprints and working from detailed drawings

The ideal candidate will have:

• No formal education requirements
• Less than 6 months of experience in a related field
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
