At Aviva, we're seeking a collaborative and resourceful Data Systems Analyst Lead to join our fast-paced Information Technology – Enterprise Data Services Delivery function. As a key member of our data systems analysis team, you'll help scale our data and analytics capabilities, serving as a liaison between various business units and technical data teams.

Key responsibilities include developing data requirement artifacts, reviewing and analyzing user needs, and creating data systems solutions that support our overall business strategies. You'll also provide support to development and testing teams, triaging and testing data and financial issues, and participating in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of critically important business applications.

Additionally, you'll participate in R&D to introduce effective software development practices and methodologies, and advocate the importance of data catalogs, data governance, and data quality practices.

Requirements include a university degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, minimum 5 years' experience in Data Systems Analysis, and expertise in building large-scale enterprise data assets. You'll also need experience with data technologies and tools, such as Snowflake, Hadoop, and PostgreSQL, as well as strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and partner management skills.
